Abstract
У статті досліджуються особливості правової універсалізації міжнародних норм у боротьбі зі злочинністю в кінці ХХ століття. Аналізуються причини та специфіка створення норм міжнародних угод у сфері протидії окремим видам злочинів. The article deals with peculiarities of legal universalization of international standards
