Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню участі приватного детектива у збиранні стороною захисту доказів у кримінальному провадженні. У процесі реформування кримінального процесуального законодавства важливе значення має регулювання якісного збирання стороною захисту доказів з метою встановлення обставин кримінального провадження. Стаття містить пропозиції змін до Кримінального процесуального кодексу України. This article is devoted to the research of the participation of the private detective in the collection of evidence by the defense lawyer in criminal proceedings. The regulation of the qualitative collection of evidence by the defense lawyer for establishing circumstances of criminal proceedings is of great importance in the process of reformation of criminal procedural legislation. The amendments to the criminal procedure code are proposed in the article.
