Під час визначення правової природи відносин щодо результатів інтелектуальної діяльності, крім наукового доробку, велике значення має дослідження положень Конституції України, ЦК України та спеціального законодавства, оскільки саме вони формують правовий режим вказаних відносин, з яких і визначається їх правова природа. The author of this article considers the issue of the legal nature of relations arising in connection with such objects of civil legal relations as results of intellectual activity. When determining the legal nature of relations in respect of the results of intellectual activity, in addition to scientific heritage, it is very important to study the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, Civil Code of Ukraine and special legislation, since it is they that form the legal regime of these relations, from which their legal nature is determined. | |
