Abstract
Стаття присвячена визначенню поняття міжнародних договорів. Проаналізовано значення й особливості застосування норм міжнародних договорів у господарському судочинстві України. Підкреслено, що Конвенція про захист прав людини й основоположних свобод та рішення Європейського суду з прав людини посідають особливе місце серед міжнародних договорів у сфері господарського судочинства. The article is devoted to the definition of the concept of international agreements. Analyzes the meaning and features of application of international agreements in the economic judicial proceedings in Ukraine. Emphasized that the European Convention on Human Rights and the European Court of Human Rights a special place among the international agreements in the field of economic justice.
