Стаття присвячена аналізу підходів до правозастосування неттінгу. У ній систематизовано основні аргументи на користь та проти використання такого правового інструменту у приватно-правових трансакціях. This article provides the analysis of approaches to the enforcement of netting.It contains the main arguments in favor of and against the use of this legal instrument in private-law transactions.
