| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена дослідженню теоретичних, правових та практичних аспектів самопредставництва юридичних осіб у процесуальній діяльності, а саме в разі звернення до суду. Вказане зумовлене набранням 18 грудня 2019 року чинності Законом України № 390–IX «Про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів України щодо розширення можливостей самопредставництва в суді органів державної влади, органів влади Автономної Республіки Крим, органів місцевого самоврядування, інших юридичних осіб незалежно від порядку їх створення», яким введено поняття «самопредставництво», яке, з одного боку, розширює представницькі повноваження в суді юридичних осіб, а із другого боку, скасовує «адвокатську монополію». The article is devoted to the study of theoretical, legal and practical aspects of self-representation of legal entities in procedural activities, namely when going to court. This is due to the entry into force on December 18, 2019 of the Law of Ukraine № 390-IX “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Expand Self-Representation in Court of Public Authorities, Authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Local Governments, Other Legal Entities creation”, which introduced the concept of “self-representation”, which on the one hand expands the powers of representation in the court of legal entities, and on the other hand abolishes the “lawyer’s monopoly”. | |
