Abstract
Стаття спрямована на висвітлення історичних етапів становлення та розвитку правового регулювання організації та діяльності аграрних холдингів як нових інтегрованих суб’єктів виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції в Україні. Проаналізовано в історичному контексті перші кроки щодо законодавчої регламентації окремих аспектів холдингових відносин на теренах колишнього Союзу Радянських Соціалістичних Республік як підвалин для початкового етапу становлення правового регулювання відносин за участю аграрних холдингів в Україні. Виокремлено три етапи розвитку правового забезпечення діяльності аграрних холдингів на основі аналізу нормативно-правових актів, ухвалених за часів незалежності української держави, які можна охарактеризувати внутрішньою суперечністю в межах системи законодавства, наявністю прогалин та відсутністю спеціального закону. The article is dedicated to coverage of historical stages of formation and development of legal regulation of organization and activities of agricultural holdings as a new integrated regions of agricultural production in Ukraine. Analyzed in historical context the first steps in the legislative regulation of certain aspects of the holding of relations on the territory of the former USSR as the basis for the initial stage of formation of legal regulation of relations with participation of agricultural holdings in Ukraine. Allocated three stages of development of legal support of activity of agricultural holdings on the basis of analysis of normative-legal acts adopted since independence of the Ukrainian state, which can be characterized by an internal contradiction within the system of legislation, gaps and the absence of a special law.
