Abstract
Автор у статті досліджує поняття екстериторіального простору як одну зі сфер просторової дії кримінального процесуального закону України. Відповідно до національного законодавства та міжнародних договорів, ратифікова- них Верховною Радою України, просторовий принцип дії кримінального процесуального закону не обмежується власне територією України. The author explores the concept of extraterritorial space as one of the spheres of spatial action of the criminal procedural law of Ukraine. In accordance with national legislation and international treaties ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the spatial principle of criminal procedure law is not limited to the actual territory of Ukraine.
