Abstract
У статті висвітлюються загальні тенденції реформи морських портів, а також перспективи розвитку портової інфраструктури. Для досягнення поставленої мети здійснюється аналіз законодавчої бази інвестиційної діяльності в портовій сфері. Розглядаються основні напрями можливої співпраці державного та приватного секторів із метою залучення інвестицій у портове господарство. The article highlights the general trends in the reform of seaports, as well as the prospects for the development of port infrastructure. To achieve this goal, the legislative base of investment activity in the port area is analyzed. The main directions of possible cooperation between the public and private sectors are considered with the aim of attracting investments in port facilities.
