Abstract
У статті з’ясовано суть і зміст загальносоціального запобігання злочинам та встановлено потенційні можливості прокуратури у здійсненні зазначеної діяльності, а також визначено основні проблемні питання, що виникають у процесі реалізації цим державним органом завдань у сфері боротьби зі злочинністю, та виведені науково обґрунтовані пропозиції і заходи щодо їх вирішення по суті. The article revealed the nature and content zahalnosotsialoho prevention of crime and potential prosecution established in the implementation of such activities, and identified key issues that arise in the course of this public authority tasks in the fight against crime and derived scientifically based proposals and measures to their decision on the merits.
