Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню сутності мотивування кримінальних процесуальних рішень, яке пропонується розглядати в статиці й динаміці. Результатом такої діяльності є вмотивоване процесуальне рішення. Як системоутворювальні елементи мотивування рішення подаються фактичні, правові та етичні підстави й мотиви прийняття рішення. The article is dedicated to the issue of essence of motivation of criminal procedure decisions. There is an offer to consider motivation in statics and in dynamics. As a resuld of that is motivated procedural decision. The system-forming elements of motivation of decision are actual, legal and ethical basis and motives of a decision.
