Abstract
Статтю присвячено висвітленню підходів до питання реалізації принципу розумності строків на досудовому розслідуванні. Окреслено ступінь наукової розробленості проблеми реалізації засади розумності строків на досудовому розслідуванні та теоретичне підґрунтя її вирішення. У статті проаналізовано основні підходи до розуміння принципу, що є важливим для аналізу й вироблення підходів до тлумачення розумності строків. The article is devotes to the coverage of approaches to the implementation of the principle of reasonableness of time in the pre-trial investigation. The degree of scientific elaboration of the problem of realization of the principle of reasonableness of terms on pre-trial investigation and the theoretical basis of its solution is outlined. The article analyzes the main approaches to understanding the principle, which is important for the analysis and development of approaches to understanding the reasonableness of time. The beginning of the period may occur depending on the wishes of the subjects or against their wishes.
