| dc.description.abstract | У статті проаналізовано ознаки об’єктивної сторони злочинів проти конституційних основ національної безпеки України як зовнішнього виразу злочину, як явища реальної дійсності з погляду існування обов’язкових і додаткових ознак. За мету визначено дослідження сформульованих законодавцем ознак об’єктивної сторони складів злочинів, що передбачають відповідальність за посягання на конституційні основи національної безпеки України, та запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення чинного кримінального законодавства. The article analyzes the features of the objective side of crimes against the constitutional foundations of national security of Ukraine, as an external expression of the crime, as a phenomenon of reality in terms of the existence of mandatory and additional features. The aim is to study the features formulated by the legislator of the objective side of the corpus delicti, which provide for liability for encroachment on the constitutional foundations of national security of Ukraine and suggested ways to improve existing criminal law. | |
