Abstract
Досліджено специфіку співробітництва з питань протидії транснаціональній організованій економічній злочинності в межах регіональних європейських організацій – Ради Європи та Європейського Союзу. Констатовано, що суттєвий внесок у розвиток міжнародного співробітництва з означених питань зробила Рада Європи, членом якої з 1995 року є Україна.The specificity of cooperation on combating transnational organized economic crime with in the frame work of regional European organizations – the Council of Europe and the European Union – has been researched. It was stated that the Council of Europe made a significant contribution to the development of international cooperation on specified issues, a member of which since 1995 is Ukraine.
