Abstract
У статті доведено теоретичну та практичну значущість проведення наукових досліджень у сучасних умовах, що стосуються застосування заходів фізичного впливу, спеціальних засобів і зброї до засуджених у місцях позбавлення волі України, а також піддано аналізу зазначену діяльність персоналу колоній у 1991–2003 рр. In the article the theoretical and practical significance of conducting scientific researches in modern conditions concerning the application of measures of physical influence, special means and weapons to the convicts in places of imprisonment of Ukraine is proved, as well as the activity of the personnel of the colonies in 1991– 2003 was analyzed.
