Abstract
У статті надано роз’яснення сутнісного розуміння методологічних аспектів адміністративно-правового забезпечення запобігання та протидії корупції в Україні за умов євроінтеграції. Дана тематика не є новою для вітчизняної адміністративно-правової науки, однак жоден науковець сучасності безпосередньо її не вивчав, що й зумовлює актуальність порушеного питання. На основі зазначено сформульовано мету дослідження, яка полягає в розкритті фундаментальних квінтесенційних особливостей розуміння категорій методології дослідження й аналізу адміністративно-правового забезпечення запобігання та протидії корупції в Україні за умов євроінтеграції, оскільки стверджується, що правильно обраний методологічний підхід дозволить віднайти правильний вектор руху в напрямі викорінення корупційних проявів на території України, тим самим закласти фундамент якісно нових державно-політичних, соціально-економічних перетворень у країні. The article provides an explanation of the essential understanding of the methodological aspects of administrative and legal support preventing and combating corruption in Ukraine in the context of European integration. This topic is not new in national administrative and legal science, but no scientist of the present has not directly studied it. Based on this, a research goal is formed. it is stated that a properly chosen methodological approach will allow finding the right vector of motion of corruption manifestations in the territory of Ukraine, thereby laying the foundation of qualitatively new state-political, socio-economic reforms in the country.
