| dc.description.abstract | У статті проаналізовано організаційно-тактичні форми оперативно-розшукової діяльності Національної поліції України, що застосовуються з метою запобігання розбоям, зокрема ініціативний пошук і фіксація фактичних даних про злочинні діяння, що вчинені або готуються окремими особами та групами осіб; проведення гласних і негласних заходів (операцій) за допомогою сил, засобів і методів оперативно-розшукової діяльності з метою викриття та припинення злочинів; оперативно-розшукова профілактика з метою запобігання вчиненню злочинів фігурантами, а також створення на основі аналізу кримі- ногенної обстановки умов, що об’єктивно перешкоджають вчиненню злочинів проти власності на певній території; проведення негласних слідчих (розшукових) дій у межах досудового розслідування, розшуку злочинців. Таким чином, визначено напрями діяльності оперативних підрозділів Національної поліції з їх мінімізації, зокрема оперативно-розшукові, оперативно-перевіряльні, пошуково-інформаційні. The article analyzes the organizational and tactical forms of operational and investigative activities of the National Police of Ukraine used to prevent robberies, in particular: proactive search and recording of factual data on criminal acts committed or being prepared by individuals and groups of persons; conducting public and private activities (operations) with the help of forces, means and methods of operational and investigative activities in order to detect and stop crimes; operative-search prevention for the purpose of prevention of commission f crimes by participants, as well as the creation of conditions based on the analysis of the criminogenic situation, which objectively prevent the commission of crimes against property in a particular area; conducting covert investigative (search) actions within the pre-trial investigation, search for criminals. Based on them, the directions of activity of operative subdivisions of the National Police are determined, concerning their minimization, in particular: operative-search; operational and verification; search and information. | |
