Abstract
У статті розкривається поняття громадських робіт як виду адміністративних стягнень. Автор аналізує ознаки громадських робіт, їх класифікацію та умови застосування. Також пропонується внести зміни до Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення щодо тривалості громадських робіт та визначення кола осіб, до яких не може бути застосовано такий вид покарання. The article reveals the concept of public works as a type of administrative penalties. The author analyzes the signs of public works, their classification and conditions for the use. It is also proposed to amend the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine regarding the duration of public works and to determine the list of persons, to whom this punishment can not be applied.
