Abstract
У статті проаналізовано комплекси тактичних прийомів різного рівня, спрямовані на подолання конфліктної ситуації допиту під час розслідування легалізації (відмивання) майна, одержаного службовою особою у вигляді неправомірної вигоди. Актуальність дослідження в сучасних умовах пов’язана з міжнародними нормами й стандартами, які актуалізують необхідність застосування ефективних і достатніх методів розслідування окресленого виду технології злочинного збагачення. The article analyzes the complexes of tactical techniques of different levels of direction, aimed at overcoming the conflict situation of interrogation during the investigation of legalization (laundering) of property received by an official in the form of illegal gain. The relevance of research in modern conditions is dictated by international norms and standards, which require the use of effective and sufficient methods of investigation of the outlined type of criminal enrichment technology.
