Abstract
У статті досліджено правову природу дисциплінарного проступку як підстави притягнення адвоката до дисциплінарної відповідальності. Розкрито теоретичні підходи та норми законодавства щодо визначення дисциплінарного проступку адвоката. Акцентовано увагу на видах дисциплінарних стягнень і стадіях дисциплінарного провадження. Зроблено висновки та пропозиції. The article investigates the legal nature of disciplinary misconduct, as the grounds for bringing a lawyer to disciplinary responsibility. The theoretical approaches and norms of legislation concerning definition of a disciplinary offense of the advocate are revealed. The attention is paid to the types of disciplinary penalties and stages of disciplinary proceedings. Conclusions and suggestions are made.
