dc.description.abstractДосліджено сутність захисту Уповноваженим Верховної Ради України з прав людини конституційного права фізичної особи на доступ до публічної інформації. Проаналізовано поняття «охорона», «захист», ознаки захисту конституційного права фізичної особи на доступ до публічної інформації. Визначено категорію захисту Уповноваженим Верховної Ради України з прав людини вказаного конституційного права.The article examines the concept and features of protection by the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on human rights the constitutional rights of individuals ski person to access to public information.
