Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню слідчих ситуацій, що виникають на початковому етапі розслідування нецільового використання бюджетних коштів, що виділяються на роботу з відходами. Аналізуються викладені в юридичній літературі погляди на поняття слідчої ситуації як елемента окремої методики розслідування злочину. The article is devoted to the investigation of investigative situations that arise at the initial stage of the investigation of non-targeted use of budget funds allocated for work with waste.
