Розглянуто актуальні проблеми тлумачення оціночних понять та
їх значення для регулювання суспільних відносин. Визначено роль оціночних понять у регулюванні суспільних відносин<, о також надано пропозиції щодо удосконалення застосування оціночних понять у пра- вотворчій та правозастосовчій діяльності.
