Abstract
Корупція в Україні пронизує всі сфери суспільних відносин і є найголовнішою перешкодою подальшого розвитку держави. Це явище має політичну сутність, що обумовлено особли-вим зв‘язком корупції з державною владою. Влада породжує корупцію, і, водночас, прагне подолати її. Повне корумпування суспільних відносин у сфері публічної влади означає крах держави, а повне викоренення корумпованих зв‘язків є неможливим, виходячи з соціальної сутності як корупції, так і влади. Corruption in Ukraine permeates all spheres of public relations and is the main obstacle to further development of the state. This phenomenon has a political nature, due to the special connection of corruption with the government. The government breeds corruption and, at the same time, seeks to combat it. The complete corrup-tion of public relations in the sphere of public power means collapse state, and the complete eradication of corrupt ties is impossible, given the social nature of both corruption and govern-ment.
