Монографію присвячено адміністративно-правовим засадам захисту дитинства та материнства в Україні. З точки зору адміністративного права розкрито ґенезу становлення та сучасний стан інституту захисту дитинства та материнства. Досліджено мету, напрями та систему суб’єктів, а також форми та методи адміністративно-правового захисту дитинства та материнства. Проаналізовано зарубіжний досвід та сформульовано шляхи вдосконалення адміністративного законодавства у сфері захисту дитинства та материнства в Україні. Для науковців, викладачів, аспірантів, студентів, практикуючих юристів, та всіх, хто цікавиться проблематикою зазначеної теми
The monograph is devoted to the administrative and legal principles of childhood and motherhood protection in Ukraine. From the point of view of administrative law, the genesis of the establishment and the current state of the Institute for the Protection of Childhood and Motherhood are revealed. The purpose, directions and system of subjects, as well as the forms and methods of administrative and legal protection of childhood and motherhood were studied. Foreign experience was analyzed and ways of improving administrative legislation in the field of childhood and maternity protection in Ukraine were formulated. For scientists, teachers, graduate students, students, practicing lawyers, and everyone who is interested in the problems of the specified topic
