Abstract
У статті досліджено специфіку правового регулювання процесуального статусу потерпілого при застосуванні, зміні та скасуванні запобіжних заходів. Сформульовано обґрунтовані пропозиції та рекомендації з удосконалення нормативної регламентації окреслених положень даного правового інституту. In the article the specific of the legal adjusting of judicial status of victim is investigational at application, change and abolition of measures of caution. Reasonable suggestions and recommendations are set forth from perfection of normative regulation of the outlined positions of this legal institute.
