Abstract
У статті досліджено зміст і структуру інституту адміністративних послуг, проблему формування окремого інституту адміністративних послуг у доктрині адміністративного права України та його співвідношення із суміжними інститутами адміністративного права; виокремлено однойменну навчальну дисципліну, а також визначено основні напрями подальшого розвитку зазначеного інституту. This article explores the essence and structure of the іnstitute of аdministrative services, the problem of the separation of institute of administrative services in Ukrainian doctrine of administrative law and its relationship with neighboring institutes of administrative law, separation of the same discipline and identifying key areas for further development of this institute.
