Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню теоретичних і практичних проблем визначення поняття та форм захисту права на соціальне забезпечення. Автором досліджено співвідношення охорони й захисту права на соціальне забезпечення, проведено класифікацію форм захисту права на соціальне забезпечення та визначено їх зміст. The article investigates theoretical and practical problems of definition and forms of protection of the right to social maintenance. The author studied the ratio of protection and security of the right to social maintenance, the classification of forms of protection of the right to social maintenance and identified their contents.
