Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню таких правових категорій, як «правова система» і «правова сім’я». Особлива увага приділяється визначенню поняття та структурі правової системи. Досліджується поняття та класифікації правової сім’ї, а також її співвідношення із правовою системою. The article is devoted to the study of such legal categories as the legal system and the legal family. Particular attention is paid to the definition of the concept, and the structure of the legal system. The concept and classification of the legal family, as well as its correlation with the legal system, are explored.
