| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено науковому аналізу актуальних шляхів удосконалення соціального законодавства України на основі стандартів та принципів європейського права як важливої складової частини процесу інтеграції України до ЄС. Наголошено, що сфера соціального захисту є однією з першочергових для реформування, адже держави-члени Європейського Союзу декларують соціальний захист своїх громадян як одну з першооснов існування держави. Автором зроблено висновок, що встановлення тенденцій подальшої адаптації соціального законодавства України до законодавства ЄС є актуальним питанням для дослідження, адже це дозволить нам визначити напрями його подальшого розвитку у відповідності до цілей, які сьогодні декларує наша держава. Проаналізовано чинне соціальне законодавство України та наукову літературу на предмет можливості визначення орієнтовних напрямів подальшого розвитку адаптації соціального законодавства України до законодавства ЄС. The article is devoted to the scientific analysis of current ways of improving social legislation of Ukraine on the basis of standards and principles of European law as an important component of the process of Ukraine's integration into the EU. It is emphasized that the sphere of social protection is one of the priorities for reform, since the Member States of the European Union declare social protection of their citizens as one of the basic principles of the state's existence. Therefore, we conclude that establishing trends for further adaptation of social legislation of Ukraine to EU legislation is a relevant issue for research, since it will allow us to determine the directions of its further development in accordance with these goals, which are currently declared by our state. The current social legislation of Ukraine and the scientific literature on the possibility of determining the orientational directions of further development of the adaptation of social legislation of Ukraine to the EU legislation is analyzed. | |
