Abstract
Стаття присвячена класифікації судових рішень, які ухвалюються у справах окремого провадження. Внаслідок аналізу цивільного процесуального законодавства України судові рішення у справах окремого провадження класифіковано за правовими наслідками, змістом та порядком постановлення, а також за можливістю скасування судом, який їх ухвалив. The article is devoted to the classification of court decisions, which are adopted in cases of separate proceeding. As a result of the analysis of the civil procedural legislation of Ukraine court decisions in cases of separate proceeding were classified according to the legal consequences, content and procedure of the ruling, as well as the possibility of cancellation by the court that adopted it.
