dc.description.abstractВисвітлено різні методи здійснення юридико-лінгвістичних досліджень. Акцентовано на тому, що юридична лінгвістика є складним, багатогранним явищем та має подвійну природу походження.The paragraph is devoted to the coverage of individual methodological approaches to comprehension of legal linguistic problems of modern jurisprudence. Attention is focused on the fact, that legal linguistic is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon that has a dual nature of its origin. The main purpose of the article is a description of plurality of methodological approaches used in the process of legal and linguistic studies of the modern jurisprudence, to achieve which it is expected to solve the following issues – to outline the specifics of the modern consideration of law in the light of the dominance of the concept of natural law and human rights, to reveal the nature of certain methodological approaches and their instrumental while studying the issues of legal and linguistic nature.uk_UA
