| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено дослідженню чинного законодавства України у сфері охорони праці неповнолітніх, висвітленню проблемних питань у цій сфері. Визначено, що актуальність теми дослідження зумовлена необхідністю створення сприятливих умов для розвитку молоді. Під час написання роботи використано загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи дослідження. Поставлені проблеми розглянуто комплексно і системно. У статті наведена характеристика основних нормативно-правових документів, які регулюють охорону праці неповнолітніх. Особливу увагу приділено робочому часу, умовам праці та визначенню стану здоров’я молодих працівників. Акцентовано увагу на дослідженні розвитку національного законодавства у цій сфері, виявленні наявних недоліків і спробі надати пропозиції щодо їх усунення. The article is devoted to the research of the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of labor protection of minors, to the clarification of problematic issues in this field. It is determined that the relevance of the research topic is due to the need to create favorable conditions for youth development. General scientific and special research methods were used when writing the work. The problems are considered comprehensively and systematically. The article describes the characteristics of the main legal documents regulating the protection of minors. Particular attention is paid to working hours, working conditions and determining the health of young workers. Emphasis is placed on the study of the development of national legislation in this field, the identification of existing shortcomings and the attempt to make proposals for their elimination. | |
