Abstract
У статті проводиться порівняльно-правовий аналіз повноважень і статусу глави держави на прикладі низки держав із різними формами державного правління. На основі врахування досвіду іноземних держав розглядається питання доцільності зміни статусу Президента України та можливих змін до законодавства України. The article shows a comparative legal analysis of the powers and status of the head of state which is conducted on the example of a number of states with different forms of government. Based on the experience of foreign countries, the question of the appropriateness of changing the status of the President of Ukraine and possible changes to the legislation of Ukraine is considered.
