Abstract
Метоюстатті є виокремлення типових слідчих ситуацій початкового етапу розслідування кримінальних правопорушень, пов’язаних із незаконним поводженням із небезпечними матеріалами, іформулювання відповідних тактичних завдань, окреслення порядку їх розв’язання з розробленням пропозицій тарекомендацій, спрямованих на вдосконалення законодавства йвідповідної правозастосовної практики. Thepurpose of the article is to identify typical investigative situations of the initial stage of investigation of criminal offenses related to illegal handling of hazardous materials and to formulate their respective tactical tasks and outline the procedure for solving them with the development of proposals and recommendations to improve legislation and law enforcement practice.
