| dc.description.abstract | У науковій роботі досліджено кодифікаційні процеси в державах епохи Середніх віків, їх передумови й особливості. Процеси кодифікації в статті поділено на періоди залежно від особливостей державотворення і правотворення на кожному з етапів історичного розвитку в рамках епохи. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності специфічних кодифікаційних процесів унаслідок становлення нового суспільства. The scientific work investigates the codification processes in the states of the Middle Ages, their preconditions and features. The processes of codification in the article are divided into periods depending on the features of state formation and law-making at each stage of historical development within the era. Emphasis is placed on the need for specific codification processes due to the formation of a new society. | |
