Abstract
Україна перебуває на стадії реформування більшості галузей державного управління, адже більшість із них законодавчо не були врегульовані, відсутній чіткий механізм функціонування та реалізації покладених повноважень та контроль із боку держави за якістю надання адміністративних послуг громадянам. Вирішення даної проблеми є важливою в умовах формування громадянського суспільства – саме якість адміністративних послуг і кваліфікованість їх надання є показником результативності державної влади. Практика надання адміністративних послуг в Україні показує значну кількість проблем, що виникають у процесі надання послуг громадянам. Відношення суспільства до якості адміністративних послуг будується на відсутності загальних уявлень про якість та доступність адміністративних послуг. Ще нижчий рівень інформованості громадян та юридичних осіб про свої права в цій сфері. Ukraine is in the process of reforming most sectors of public administration, as most of them have not been regulated by law, there is no clear mechanism for the functioning and implementation of powers and state control over the quality of administrative services to citizens. The solution of this problem is important in the conditions of formation of civil society – the quality of administrative services and the qualification of their provision is an indicator of the effectiveness of state power. The practice of providing administrative services in Ukraine shows a significant number of problems that arise in the process of providing services to citizens. Society’s attitude to the quality of administrative services is based on the lack of general ideas about the quality and availability of administrative services. Even lower level of awareness of citizens and legal entities about their rights in this area.
