Abstract
У статті проаналізовано сутність принципів судової влади та визначено форми і рівень реалізації цих принципів в процесі організації та діяльності апеляційних судів в Україні. Сформульовано визначення принципів організації та діяльності апеляційних судів. На основі системи принципів судової влади визначено систему принципів організації та функціонування апеляційних судів та здійснено їх класифікацію. The academic article analyzes the nature of the principles of judicial authority and formulates forms and level of realization of those principles in the process of organization and activities of appeal courts in Ukraine. Determination of principles of organization and activities of appeal courts is formulated. On the basis of the system of principles of judicial authority defines system of principles of organization and functioning of appeal courts and made their classification.
