Abstract
Стаття присвячена висвітленню деяких аспектів розслідування хуліганства, що вчинене під час спортивно-масового заходу. Акцентовано увагу на ролі й місці допиту потерпілих і свідків у розкритті й розслідуванні цього злочину. The scientific article is devoted illumination of some aspects of the investigation of the hooliganism. The author has concentrated the attention on the meaning of the interrogation victims and witnesses in a process of investigation of this crime.
