Abstract

Досліджено ключові поняття, пов’язані із забезпеченням і підтриманням публічної безпеки та порядку. Проаналізовано нормативно-правові акти, що регламентують зазначену діяльність. Визначено повноваження керівника територіального органу Національної поліції у сфері забезпечення публічної безпеки й порядку.The basic concepts connected with maintenance and maintenance of public safety and order are investigated. The normative-legal acts regulating activity, concerning maintenance and maintenance of public safety and order are analyzed. The analysis of scientific researches of leading and foreign scientists, dealing with the issues of ensuring public safety and order, was carried out.
