Abstract
У статті аналізуються окремі кримінологічні та кримінально-правові аспекти стратегії протидії злочинності в Україні та в США. Розглядається дискусія щодо понятійного апарату, сутності та заходів/програм запобігання злочинності, зокрема тенденції правозастосовчої практики. The article analyzes some criminological and criminal law aspects of the anticrime strategy in Ukraine and in the United States. We consider the discussion about the conceptual framework, the nature and action / crime prevention programs, in particular, trends in law enforcement.
