| dc.description.abstract | В даній статті розкрито поняття патронатних служб Президента України, Офісу Президента України, виокремлено особливості патронатних служб Президента України, Офісу Президента України. Виокремлено особливості патронатної служби Президента України: термін перебування на службі не можу перевищувати терміну перебування Президента України на посаді та виконання ним своїх обов’язків; посади належать як до державних службовців, так і о осіб, що працюють за контрактом (трудовим договором), так і позаштатні працівники; характеризується центричністю підпорядкування лише Президенту України; мають особливий порядок відбору, призначення та перебування на службі; специфічний характер завдань та функцій працівників патронатних служб. This article reveals the concept of patronage services of the President of Ukraine, the Office of the President of Ukraine, highlights the features of the patronage services of the President of Ukraine, the Office of the President of Ukraine. The peculiarities of the patronage service of the President of Ukraine are singled out: the term of office may not exceed the term of office of the President of Ukraine and the performance of his duties; positions belong to both civil servants and persons working under a contract (employment contract), and freelancers; is characterized by the centricity of subordination only to the President of Ukraine; have a special procedure for selection, appointment and stay in the service; the specific nature of the tasks and functions of employees of patronage services. | |
