| dc.description.abstract | У статті досліджено організаційно-управлінські аспекти договірного регулювання зберігання та реалізації товарів, які перейшли у власність держави. Визначено вимоги до відкриття суб’єктами господарювання складів, на яких можуть зберігатись товари під митним контролем, порядок отримання ними статусу складу митного органу. Запропоновано механізм здійснення відбору підприємства, яке буде надавати послуги з відповідального зберігання майна (товарів). The article examines the organizational and managerial aspects of contractual regulation of storage and sale of goods that have become the property of the state.Requirements for the opening of warehouses by economic entities where goods can be stored under customs control, the procedure for obtaining the status of “warehouse of the customs authority”. The mechanism of selection of the enterprise which will render services on responsible storage of property (goods) is offered. It is emphasized that an important condition of the contract is the relationship of liability insurance for the safety of property (goods) of vehicles transferred for safekeeping. | |
