dc.description.abstractУ навчальному посібнику значний ухил зроблено на характеристику нової концепції публічно-сервісної діяльності Національної поліції — діяльності з обслуговування потреб та інтересів приватних осіб у їхніх стосунках з органами публічної адміністрації. Передусім, така діяльність полягає в наданні якісних, доступних публічних послуг населенню. Ця нова концепція діяльності особливо притаманна роботі підрозділів поліції превентивної діяльності як найближчих до населення поліцейських, які постійно знаходяться у контакті з громадськістю.Навчальний посібник об’єднує розділи, що розкривають загальну виконавчо-розпорядчу підзаконну державно-владну діяльність органів Національної поліції, висвітлює її адміністративно-процесуальний та адміністративно юрисдикційний аспекти, характеризує зміст діяльності різних підрозділів поліції. Цільовою аудиторією навчального посібника є курсанти вищих навчаль-них закладів зі специфічними умовами навчання МВС України, працівники органів Національної поліції, які зацікавлені у системному і концептуально вірному опануванні професійної діяльності поліції за своєю спеціалізацією. Посібник зорієнтований на підготовку до іспитів, тому він структурно побудований як комплекс відповідей на питання іспиту. Значної уваги авторським колективом було приділено формі викладу посібника, щоб його питання були розкриті у стислій, зрозумілій та доступній для засвоєння формі.Therefore, the manual significant bias made to characterize the new concept of public service of the National Police - activities serving the needs and interests of individuals in their relations with the public administration. First of all this activity is to provide quality, accessible public services. This new concept is especially characteristic of the work of the police departments of preventive activities as people coming to police, who are constantly in contact with the public.The manual brings together sections that reveal the general executive and administrative by-state-government activities of the National Police, covers its administrative and jurisdictional procedural and administrative aspects, describes the content of the various units of the police. The target audience of the manual are students of higher educational establishments, with specific terms of learning Affairs of Ukraine, officials of the National Police, who are interested in the system and conceptually true mastery of professional policing in their specialization.The manual is focused on preparing for exams, so he built a structurally complex answers to exam questions.
