Abstract
У статті здійснено аналіз правових норм, які регулюють правовідносини із прийому до закладу вищої освіти. Відзначається, що є нормативно-правові документи, які безпосередньо стосуються забезпечення якості вищої освіти, а також такі, що мають опосередкований вплив, проте тією чи іншою мірою визначають такі процеси чи процедури, як проведення зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання, за результатами якого здійснюється вступ до закладу вищої освіти. Нормативно-правове регулювання сфери вищої освіти в Україні, зокрема і правовідносин зі вступу до закладу вищої освіти, становить сукупність тих правових засобів, за допомогою яких здійснюється правове регулювання суспільних відносин у сфері освіти. The article analyzes the legal norms that regulate legal relations for admission to an educational institution. It is noted that there are legal documents used to ensure the quality of higher education, namely, which have an indirect impact, but to some extent such processes or procedures as conducting external independent evaluation, based on the results of any admission to the institution higher education. The normative-regulatory sphere of higher education in Ukraine, in particular the legal relations from the institution of higher legal education, is a set of those legal means by which it contains the right to regulate public relations in the sphere.
