Abstract
Стаття присвячена аналізу поняття захисту прав та інтересів у сфері соціального забезпечення, вивченню таких категорій, як «форми захисту», «способи захисту» й «засоби захисту», і їх співвідношенню. Аналізується питання стабільності законодавчих актів, а також механізму виконання державою зобов’язань щодо соціального забезпечення. This article is devoted to the analysis of definition of protection the rights and interests of social security, the learning of such categories as “forms of protection”, “ways of protection” and “means of protection” and their correlation. The stability of legislation and mechanism of a government’s commitment of their social security obligations have been analyzed.
