Abstract
У статті розглянуто основні проблеми девіантної поведінки людини в сучасному українському середовищі. Інтерес до проблеми девіантних виявів людини та їх профілактики нині все більше зростає, оскільки девіантна поведінка людей набула впродовж останніх десятиліть значного поширення, що спонукало вчених до активних пошуків ефективних шляхів її попередження та усунення, а владні структури – до оновлення законодавчих актів і розроблення довготривалих програм, дотичних до змісту девіацій. The article deals with the main problems of human deviant behavior in the modern Ukrainian environment. The interest in the problem of human deviant manifestations and their prevention is increasing today, as the deviant behavior of humans has become widespread over the last decades, prompting scientists to actively seek effective ways of preventing and eliminating it, and the power structures to update legislation and develop long-term programs, concerning the content of deviations.
