Abstract
У статті здійснено аналіз поняття правосвідомості та розмежування взаємовпливу суспільної правосвідомості приймаючої країни та правосвідомості мігрантів, визначено позицію щодо мінімізації негативного впливу міграційних процесів на правосвідомість. This article presents analysis of the notion of legal consciousness and realignment of mutual influence of public legal consciousness of the host country and legal consciousness of the migrants, specifies the position towards minimization of the adverse effect of migration processes on legal consciousness.
