| dc.description.abstract | Досліджено теоретичні питання визначення і сутності державного контролю як відповідного регулюючого засобу впливу у сфері господарювання через виявлення його змістовної характеристики та відповідного правового регулювання. Сфера господарювання пов’язана з економікою нашої держави та потребує належного контролю (нагляду) з боку держави на засадах законності, рівності, недискримінації, взаємної відповідальності, паритету та превентивності. Theoretical questions of definition and essence of state control as an appropriate regulatory tool of influence in the sphere of management are investigated by revealing its substantive characteristics and corresponding legal regulation. The economic sphere is related to the economy of our country and requires proper control (supervision) by the state on the principles of legality, equality, non-discrimination, mutual responsibility, parity and prevention. | |
