| dc.description.abstract | У науковій публікації досліджується зарубіжний досвід формування і підтримання довіри суспільства до судової влади. Зазначається, що для України найбільш важливим є позитивний досвід таких країн, як Велика Британія, США, ФРН, де рівень довіри є одним із найвищих. Серед прикладів позитивного досвіду виділяються такі: відкритість, прозорість судової системи, незалежність суддів, рівність усіх перед законом, повага до суду, підвищення рівня компетенції і комунікації суддів, ініціатива судів у спілкуванні із громадськістю й ЗМІ. The scientific publication examines the foreign experience of forming and maintaining public trust in the judiciary. It is noted that for Ukraine the most important is the positive experience of such countries as Great Britain, USA, FRG, where the level of trust is one of the highest. Among the examples of positive experience are the following: openness, transparency of the judicial system, independence of judges, equality of all before the law, respect for the judiciary, increase of competence and communication of judges; the initiative of the courts in communicating with the public and the media. | |
